BREAD MAKER USER INSTRUCTIONS

When you finish making bread, wipe the container clean with flour (not wash it), and leaving the leaven in the bottom would be advisable. If the interval between bread making is longer than a week, you can put the leaven in the refrigerator. It is not advisable to let the container dry out completely. Store it in a cool, humid room if it is not used for a long time.
