Adding Products to the Shopping Cart

To find the desired product, you can use the search function in the header of the page. For several products, you can also choose a preferred variation or size. Please note that a different variation or size may also change the product price. Once you have found something you like from our selection, you can add it to the shopping cart by selecting the quantity and clicking the “Add to cart” button.

You can check the contents of your shopping cart in the upper right corner of the page. As long as the product is in the shopping cart and the purchase process is not completed, it is also available to other customers. If you are sure about your purchase, select the appropriate shipping method and proceed to the next page by clicking the “Pay securely” button. There, you can enter the necessary details and choose the payment method. You confirm the order by clicking the “Confirm order” button.

Payment for Products

When placing the order using a bank link in internet banking, you must select the appropriate bank from the list. After confirming the order, you will be directed straight to the internet bank, where a pre-filled payment order awaits you. Once you confirm the order, a message will appear on the screen indicating that your order has been registered, and a confirmation will be sent to your email address.

If you are unable to pay via internet banking, simply choose “invoice” as the payment method and submit the order. The invoice will be sent to your email, and it must be paid within 3 days, indicating the order number in the transfer. The order will be processed after the payment is made. If payment is not received within three days, the order will be canceled.

Delivery of Goods

Our natural products are generally available as stock goods and are ready for shipment within three working days after the payment has been received. Products that require processing or painting will be ready for shipment within 21 working days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. If the product is not in stock, please submit a special order at tellimused@strauss.ee. The delivery time for pre-ordered products is up to 21 working days.

For receiving goods, you can choose from the following options:

As soon as the package reaches the parcel machine, a notification will be sent to the recipient’s mobile phone via SMS or email.

Changing an Order

If you have already placed an order but wish to change it or cancel it, please send a letter to tellimused@strauss.ee. Be sure to include your order number that you wish to change or cancel.

Warranty and Return of Goods

A warranty is provided for goods as stipulated by law and only with the purchase invoice. The warranty does not apply to goods whose defects result from improper use or normal wear and tear. Purchased products have a 14-day return policy. For this, the buyer must also provide a corresponding statement with the returned item. The returned item must be undamaged and unused.

If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered goods and return the item unused at your own expense. We will then refund the amount paid for the goods, excluding shipping costs. Please send the withdrawal notice along with your bank account number to which the refund should be transferred to tellimused@strauss.ee. The seller will transfer the money to the specified account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Paid shipping costs are not refunded, and shipping-related expenses are not compensated.
